Reynaldo Sanchez
Reynaldo Sanchez graduated from Roy Miller High School in Corpus Christi, Texas in May 1960. He earned a B.A. degree in August 1964 from the University of North Texas and a Master of Education degree from Sul Ross State University.
Reynaldo was a public school teacher from September 1964 through July 1979, teaching Spanish to Junior High students. From August 1979 through June 1986 he served as the school district’s program evaluator. Prior to his retirement, he was the director of evaluation and data processing and was directly responsible for the administration of the Public Education Management System (PEIMS) and staff development for district personnel. This service was for the former Del Rio School District and then the San Felipe Del Rio CISD after consolidation.
Reynaldo now serves the Del Rio community through various service and business organizations. As a member of the Rotary Club, he serves on the Rotary Village Housing Board of Directors. He is also on the Friends of Hospice Board of Directors and is responsible for the thrift store that benefits the organization. He also serves on the Bank and Trust Board of Directors. |
