The SHUMLA School invites you to join us in our mission of education
through Studying the Human Use of Materials, Land, and Art. Membership in
the SHUMLA School costs as little as $25 per year and ensures the
continuation of outstanding educational programs for the youth of Texas
through our Pecos River Kids programs and helps us to realize our research
and public outreach goals.
We have a variety of Membership Levels, all with privileges and benefits for the member. Each member will receive our printed and electronic (E-mail) newsletters, as well as the opportunity to attend Members Only Events. The Shumla Storyteller, our printed newsletter is filled with reports on our educational programs and upcoming SHUMLA activities. Shumla eNews, our electronic newsletter keeps you up to date on SHUMLA news.

Basic Memberships ($25—$75)
Becoming a member at the Basic Membership Level means that not only will you support SHUMLA School's educational endeavors, but also twice a year you will receive The Shumla Storyteller. This informative newsletter will keep you updated on exciting programs and research activities conducted at SHUMLA throughout the year. You will also be entitled to attend Members Only Events scheduled during each year. |

Donor Fund Memberships ($500—$10,000)
In addition to receiving The Shumla Storyteller, Donor Fund Members receive additional benefits.
Shumla Members $500
Contribute at the Shumla level and receive a SHUMLA School canvas tote bag, as well as the benefits associated with a Basic Membership.
Blue Hills Members $1,000
In addition to the benefits listed above, Blue Hills Members have the option of receiving an autographed copy of Rock Art of the Lower Pecos or the purchase of a book for SHUMLA's Bookhouse Library in their name.
Devils River Members $2,500
Devils River Members receive all of the benefits listed above, and will sponsor 50 children to a Pecos River Kids Day Camp.
Pecos River Member $5,000
Pecos River Members sponsor 100 children for a Pecos River Kids Day Camp, as well as receiving all of the benefits listed above.
Rio Grande Members $10,000
Rio Grande Members have the option of receiving an exclusive, personalized Shumla Adventure Program or sponsorship of 200 children to Pecos River Kids Day Camps. The benefits associated with all other giving levels also apply. |
