Examples of Trails Used During Various Programs

  Hiking difficulty for SHUMLA programs ranges from easy to strenuous. Inquire about the types of the trails that will be encountered during the program you are planning to attend. Although some trails used during SHUMLA School programs are strenuous and require good physical condition; they have been successfully navigated by participants in their 70s.
